Besides transferring the results from the project “NQF Inclusive” to the partner organisations in Italy, Germany and Slovenia a model for modularisation of basic VET programmes by applying the ECVET system will be designed. This model allows structuring VET programmes into particular reasonable units (regarding criteria like learners’ capability, usability at labour market etc.). Each unit will be described as a set of Learning Outcomes (LEOs) complying with the descriptors of a specific EQF level.
This modularisation will be exemplarily applied at 4 VET programmes defined on NQF levels 1 and / or 2.
Additionally a model for assignment and recognition of these units will be drafted together with national NQF authorities in Austria, Germany, Italy and Slovenia. This cooperation increases chances for future implementation of this model for recognition of qualification units into the national educational systems and thus eases access for disadvantaged learners to lifelong learning as well as to the labour market.
Results, available as handbook and CD:
